WELL, it’s 2023, and Oasis Montana’s been in business for 24 years! Holy cow! It’s been a pretty good ride, and we are happy to help with your solar power or pumping project; we’ve also seen the availability of our efficient and LP appliances increase, so if you are looking for something for your remote cabin or are simply considering a kitchen upgrade, do check out our appliance offerings at www.LPappliances.com and www.eco-fridge.com. We also have access to other products so if you don’t see something you like, give us a holler and we’ll see what we can find. And as a reminder, if your building site has drainage or septic issues, we also offer the popular Sun-Mar line of composting toilets; you can view more information on those at www.eco-potty.com.
Supply chain issues are bad in some areas but getting better in others. Freight costs are still pretty high, but contacts in the industry are saying their hiring is getting caught up and time frames and costs should be getting better. We are seeing some higher prices for solar modules, but as production comes online in the U.S., we expect to see those costs ease in the next year. And there’s still a 30% federal tax credit for your investment in a solar power system, which’ll really help come next April 15th.
